Diario de ruthe1213, 19 feb. 21

I logged the chia seed pudding but so far have only eaten half. I might skip dinner tonight because I am not hungry and it's getting late. Between being in good ketosis and having regular coffee this morning after several days of decaf I have a lot of energy. I am doing laundry and changing my bed linens. I also worked on files in my office for about 20 minutes. Now I need to start winding down for the night. I am often hungry in the middle of the night even when I have eaten dinner so I don't know how much sleep I will get tonight. The great thing is I can sleep in tomorrow if needed. I know I have to sleep enough for my brain health.
