goooooood monday mornin everyone!!!...set the alarm clock last night wanted to be up an ready to head out the door at 5am...the ice an snow is melted off the sidewalks an streets so i can get bck into my morning walks...36 outside right now, but that will feel like a heat wave compared to what its been last week at this time...been really nice later in the days here...gonna be hard once the weather goes bck to being cold again...but gives you hope that spring is gettin closer all the time...took the day off from exercise and took a day off from sittin on the computer yesterday...no loss on the scales but no gain either...just kind of a lazy day...so that today i can be up to 100 percent energy level an ready to get a great workout in...rain is in the forcast today i think..but hopefully i can get my mornin walk over with before it starts...well ...hope your all doing great...have a great monday!!!

Yesterday during our walk there were hundreds of geese in the sky and they were flying North! Maybe we are through with winter. Then again - we usually get that winter blast in March and then another cold spell in April. Enjoy your sunrise walk! Your discipline is admirable!

morning walk over...gettin ready to head to the gym for another workout, an then after lunch hopefully an afternoon walk..get back into the habit of gettin the steps back up there...

feels so great to be back into a routine ..the snow/ice is gone and the sidewalks/streets are clean enough to walk on once again...so back into a regular workout routine once again...

Hooray for being back to business, twin! It was spring-like here all weekend - so nice.

I wonder if I will be waking up early again soon like you. I'm beginning to get spring fever with everyone else. It's so much easier to take that first step out of bed when it's warm.:)
