Diario de loosinisfun, 19 ene. 11

GOOOOOOOOD WEDNESDAY MORNIIN...wakin up tired...hate that feeling...cause all i want to do is go back to bed and sleep thru my workout...but im up and gonna eat breakfast an head to the gym an get a workout in anyways...suppose to be getting snow tomow again...so get a workout today in case the snow is to deep to get there tomow...just never know this time of year...kept busy yesterday helpin a friend load 2 junk trucks on a car trailer...bad thing about that i didnt eat when i was use to, good thing about it..i did stick to my plan and didnt over eat...cause i was so tired...im just so close to that blue line again and i dont want to mess up...so...another workout again today even though id rather go back to bed an sleep more...had 8 but want more...just havent woke up yet..but will by the time i get to the gym....well as always have a greattttttt one....

Hope you got to your work out and enjoyed it. From the journals I've read so far it seems like everyone is tired. Hopefully we will all wake up. Great job getting so close to your blue line...

back from a morning workout...did 70 min on recumbant bike...3x30 min workout, hill program...first one was 10 resistance, second one was 5, third 6...got on scales to see how much i lost just in water...lol...lost a pound...

Whew, buddy, how you do this is amazing. You have a lot of determination. I'm lucky to be awake at that hour let alone doing a workout, AND going out into the cold to do it. Congrats on that pound, water or not it helps the ego to see a loss. Have a good day loosin and hope that snow doesn't get too deep. Can you believe, it was 69 here this morning!! That's a bit much for January. I like it around 55 at this time of year. We get enough heat in the summer. Don't want it now. Enjoy your day.

thanks cathy and tnn...im just so use to being up by 4am, that getting up at 3am to get ready to be out the door and working out is a routine for me...even on my days off, im awake at that hour...its just a habit..wowo....55...must be nice...cant wait for the 50s to be here...its 27 here this morning with a wind chill of 19...didnt really seem that cold..but there was freezin rain on the windshield when i left to go an workout ..just a spray of deicer and off i went...lol...
