Goooooood mornin everyone!!!!...wow..was 71 here yesterday and so nice out...a few days like that..and id be packin away the winter clothes..lol...but today chances of rain and storms are predicted...kept busy yesterday with a morning walk, the gym workout, and then another afternoon walk..got somewhere around 25,000 in steps...good way to get strarted back up into my steps...suppose to be another warm day, until the rain moves in...we had rain last night...but gettin ready to head out for a morning walk again..and then to the gym once again...get back into a daily habit of going..i can tell you right now..all i want to do is go bck to bed..im tired...lol..and runnin alittle behind on the time..so have a great day..catch you all later...

12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!

14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!

The sunshine is awesome! We don't need rain but maybe it will "wash" the dirty snow away - what is left of it. I am liking that goal number fifteen! I must remember oxygen to the cells - oxygen to the cells - oxygen to the cells! Have an awesome day!

once the time changes, then il be able to enjoy the early sunrises...today all i seen was fast movin clouds movin under the moon...then the moon disappeared...morning walk over with..coolin off an gettin ready to head to the gym...

didnt go to the gym today, after my walk, i just felt to tired to go an get a workout, and i had several errands to run anyways..so gettin ready to head off to an afternoon walk...this week i been stayin up an moving more an spending less time on the computer...with the warmer weather...im makin the most of the warmer weather...
