Today I am feeling very discouraged and wanting to slack off at the gym. I have not lost a pound, and I have been going to the gym for almost 2 months now, and feel like I have been gaining more. Seems as thought trying to watch what I eat and when seems to hurt me more than just eating smaller portions.Drinking up to a gallon of water a day seems to make me feel as though I am holding all that water in. Well tomorrow is another day.
