I stooped losing for 2 1/2 weeks went back over my eating days a studied it . I noticed each day I increased my carbs and calories just slightly until it was up much higher than when I was losing ever week.I went back to when I was losing and am following that calorie and carb count. I try to follow the carbs first and pick low calorie 2 nd
