Don’t give up. You know what will happen. Took me a long time to gain my weight. It will take me a long time to loose it. You can do it! Do something nice for yourself today. You deserve it.

Many folks here on FS have lost much more than you hope to lose. You are in good and competent company. Anytime I find myself not getting the results I want, I go back to first principles. 1) DO. NOT. QUIT. 2) Am I tracking 100% of my intake? 3) Am I tracking my scale weight properly? 4) What single adjustment will best improve my results? 5) Implement, observe, rinse and repeat. Let's go! #grindtime #stayhungry

I stooped losing for 2 1/2 weeks went back over my eating days a studied it . I noticed each day I increased my carbs and calories just slightly until it was up much higher than when I was losing ever week.I went back to when I was losing and am following that calorie and carb count. I try to follow the carbs first and pick low calorie 2 nd
