Diario de debbra, 11 feb. 09

Wednesday here. Weight is the same. I'm repeating the same behavior every night, feeling hungry and eating. At least I'm maintaining, but I wish I could just push through the hunger and go to sleep. I get irrational at night. Well, try, try again! At least I'm tempering it with the heavy-duty exercising, which I am really enjoying. So new day, new way. I'll conquer my demons! Did anybody say iceberg lettuce? I think I'll buy some! Good idea! LOL!


Update: 12:00 p.m. treadmill 90 minutes at 3.7 mph, level 7 incline, with about 12 minutes of that at 3.8 mph, level 8 incline.

That's probably why you're maintaining. The exercise. Keep that up. And stay away from the kitchen at night. Read a book, watch a movie...anything to keep you out of there!

You might try weighing yourself at night before you eat Debbra. From there, if you don't eat at all you can usually count on losing at least two extra pounds as you sleep. If you do eat something, it might help you eat a little less. You are doing fine, keep up the good work!

That's a great idea, Information. Maybe if she sees a gain/loss, she'll be less tempted to cheat.

At least you are counteracting the extra calories with your exercise. And you have a great attitude and stick-to-it-iveness. You will persevere!

Thank goodness you like the exercise! You are doing so well at that! I've heard others suggest brushing your teeth right after dinner so you won't be tempted to snack. Good luck stomping your demons!

did you try the brushing your teeth thing? usually brushing my teeth at night can help me not eat afterwards.
