Diario de loosinisfun, 12 feb. 09

goooood mornin everyone!!!..the nice days are gone an winter is back...36...with a wind chill of 29...just wakin up...an feelin better again today but still gonna take it easy and get my energy level bck up to 100 percent before i go at it again...dizzyness is gone...yesterday i felt like i was runnin a fever an i was cold ...and i slept most of the morning...i had to go out on an errand..was 62 outside an i had the heater on in the suv...an i kno it was nice out..but i was freezin...went to bed early last night an slept most of it...today i feel fine...so guess im well...lol...already been on the scales it was up cause i didnt drink all that much water yesterday...so today il have to get with the program an get bck into it full swing...probably gonna take another day off from the gym just not sure if im in the mood to go there or not...so just gonna take it easy today an get back on track with it all...hope everyone is doing great an il catch you all later!!!

12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Should Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!

I know about the weather. It was only 35 when I took my dog out! Yesterday it was 52, but it poured down rain ALL DAY! We have some flooding and then power outages from the wind!! Glad you are feeling better, Mike

Yikes! It didn't seem the same not checking in on your journal around five a.m. today! Our internet service was down for a while but we are good to go now! I will see you "bright and early" tomorrow morning! Okay?

I'm not going to read anymore because I refuse to believe it's going to get cold again! It was beautiful today and I am looking forward to working in the yard this weekend. If I don't think about it or watch the weather report it wont change right!

well believe it...the highs the last few days have been in the 50s...and the lows around 37 or so...so spring is gettin closer...just not close enough..an once it does get to be warmer..i dont want to hear none of you whine about it being to HOT!!!!....LOL...
