Trying to get more active but for some damn reason I've been sick for almost 3 weeks now.

It's hard not to get discouraged, I hate being that person who wants everything to happen 'right now' or they don't stick with it. What I'm just starting to learn is one of my biggest obstacles is my eating leftovers and not wanting to waste food, I realized that this was a problem when I started cooking again, if I don't have food that is easy to microwave (I could eat 2 lean pockets in one sitting and go back 1 hour later for more) I eat a-lot less so I bought only things to cook..but if I cook to much I eat to much..dieting is really hard for me and now its winter and I cant get off my sick bed :(..

Well it is hard but I'm still doing it, this Is no longer just a diet to me anymore I want it to be a way of life, i want to get thin, healthy, and confident again!
