I've been doing really great with my diet, not set on any particular diet, just making healthier choices and eating smaller portions. I've been feeling better about myself and not having any temptations to eat the bad things I always ate before. My weight loss has been kind of slow, I think it's a mixture of a few things that have become a bit of a road block for me... but hopefully soon that will change. I'm getting rid of my old broken treadmill soon and replacing it with a new elliptical. Can't wait to start working out and taking off the pounds!
