Diario de POWENCH, 15 feb. 09

Still struggling to stay within my allotted points totals. This does not bode well for the Grand Canyon trip. The only thing I got going for me there is that several of the people on the trip know that I am doing this and I am hoping peer pressure and guilt will keep me in line. I am hungry for the first time....I think my body has settled into a comfortable space with how I am eating now and with the continued exercise level....it wants more fuel. I am trying to choose good fuel...with a few road/travel exceptions, but I am thinking it is still too many cals to get me to goal. In the meantime veggies are skyrocketing in price where I live, and although it is not an excuse..it sits in your head. Lots of challenges for the next few weeks and really only one more official weigh in this week before the Grand trip. I have to travel again next week, so will not make the WW meeting.

Anyway...good luck to everyone and keep plugging away!
