Diario de debbra, 15 feb. 09

Sunday here. I didn't journal yesterday. I think it's the first day I've skipped since I started on FS. I've just been down, mood wise, which doesn't help me in the dieting department. Yesterday I couldn't exercise well, only 40 minutes, and then I ate too much at night. Story of my life! LOL!

Today's better. Did my treadmill well. I'm really happy about that. I went for my usual 90 minutes, a little less fast than my best, but still good. I went at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, for 70 minutes, and 3.7 mph, level 7 incline, for 20 minutes. Felt really good afterwards. I am hoping to have just ONE good day of eating to set me up right. I always screw up the nights.

Ya, it's hard to keep the momentum going throughout the entire day. And nightime is when we can sit, relax and unwind. So those idle hands start to itch for some food to hold! Arrrgh. Maybe try to keep some points for a scheduled evening snack so you are less tempted to overindulge and won't feel guilty. Good luck! (Great workout, AGAIN, by the way!)

I'm glad your mood is better today than yesterday. (((((hugs))))) in case there are some leftover blues hanging around. ONLY 40 minutes workout yesterday? 40 minutes is great! We can't go full force every day. Have a great - in control - evening!

When I screw up it's the nights too. Helps to have something ready to grab while I cook dinner. Going to my room to read/watch tv helps too because I'm not in sight of the kitchen.
