Sunday here. I didn't journal yesterday. I think it's the first day I've skipped since I started on FS. I've just been down, mood wise, which doesn't help me in the dieting department. Yesterday I couldn't exercise well, only 40 minutes, and then I ate too much at night. Story of my life! LOL!
Today's better. Did my treadmill well. I'm really happy about that. I went for my usual 90 minutes, a little less fast than my best, but still good. I went at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, for 70 minutes, and 3.7 mph, level 7 incline, for 20 minutes. Felt really good afterwards. I am hoping to have just ONE good day of eating to set me up right. I always screw up the nights.
