Not so great this past week and my Birthday is this week - I know I can make it thru dinner by making good choices!

70,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,7 kg. Aún para ir: 7,3 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

Ganando 0,4 kg a la Semana
