goooooood saturday mornin everyone!!!...just got home from a morning walk..was 36 outside this morning with a wind chill of 29...alot warmer then yesterday when i took the day off..did some crunches yesterday just to get a workout of some kind...an tried to watch my hand to mouth routine closer...since i took off from the gym once again....with spring gettin closer im havin more trouble going to the gym on a regular basis an will probly quit ther the start of march..an start doing more walking, instead of one morning walk, will probly start doing 2 and then an afternoon walk as well...i feel like the winter time is just a maintaining to keep on track since i cant be outside as much to get out an enjoy is as much as i enjoy being out in the sun and the warm air...just like my weight...sooner or later it will get here..lol..well have a great weekend!!!!...

10. At Lunch Eat Fewer Calories !!!!!
11. At Supper Eat Even Fewer !!!!
12. Water !!! ..Water !!! ...Water !!!...Flush Out Your System !!!
13. Keep Track Of Your Salt Intake !!!!!
14. Taking Days Off To Rest Is Necessary... For Recovery !!!
15. Doing Hi-Intensity Workouts Builds Up My Heart Muscles So That I Can Get More Oxygen Into My Body To Burn Off More Of The Calories !!!!!
16. Dont Starve Your Body Of The Calories It Requires !!!!
17. Exercising Can Become An Enjoyable Experience That You Look Forward To Each Day !!

What about Veggies? We can't leave her out. Last night one of the news anchors, said that this must be the last hurrah of winter and the weather person, said, don't be too sure. LOL

it warmed up here yesterday an all thru the nite..was 36 this morning when i got up an went walkin..not counting the wind chill that was down to 28 or so..but wind is blowin now, an they are sayin rain...HA!!!...when its this cold it wont be rain long...they are sayin less then an inch of snow...so we will see...to early in the year to be the last of winter yet...still another 3-4 weeks...but dont mean it has to be a bad 3-4 weeks...sun could shine an the temps could be nicer...hahaha...

I saw my favorite first sign of spring on Thursday. The redbud are budding! I will blow some warmth your way!
