Diario de Qua83, 23 mar. 21

Well I started yesterday jogging it was so hard. My legs was burning soooooo bad felt like I was gonna collapse but God helped me work out my breathing. It's markers at the track so I would jog from marker to marker then walk then jog hopefully I will be able to go longer jogging until it's consistant jogging. Its been years but I started!!!

I don't jog, but when I start walking outside after a long pause, I try to go just a little further every day, until there I am at a mile in just a few weeks. Its amazing how fast all that movement adds up. Congratulations on getting out there and jogging!
