Diario de debbra, 23 feb. 09

NO STARCORE PLAN, DAY 6: Well, I'm on to day 6, and I'm still going strong. I got down to that 161 pound mark that I charted, and since then my weight has been bobbing slightly up and down. I'm only going to record the downs.

Yesterday I went slightly heavier on the breads, without counting them into my weekly 35 non core points, but keeping my over all WW points okay for the day. That was an interesting experiment because this morning I felt more hungry than I had the other days. I wanted to eat bread. But I didn't allow myself and just ate sliced turkey instead. Then the craving went away. Those complex carbs really get the cravings up. I'm really trying to stay away from them for the most part, allowing myself a few a day, as the Core plan allows.

I just finished my treadmill, going for 90 minutes at 3.6 mph, level 6 incline for 70 minutes, and 3.7 mph, level 7 incline for 20 minutes. I'm feeling good. Pretty happy about how this week is going.

It's great that you are learning how your body reacts to certain foods. Great job keeping on track. I'm sure you'll be able to record another loss very soon. 150's, here you come!
