Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Not feeling any of my challenges this week due to females problems (PMS) I want junk food soda anything that's sweet not gd & unhealthy for you. Would like to stay medicated & home in bed all day But calories don't stop cuz I want to lay in bed all day GOAL: For this week is to maintain my weight but not gain more then 2 lbs HOPE I GET MOTIVATION 2 GO WORKOUT AFTER WORK 2day
