NO STAR CORE DIET, DAY 7: This is an important day because yesterday I "fell off the wagon, " so to speak, of the Core plan. I'm going to continue on, but I need to go back to day 1 to see what I did. I notice that I ate very little bread, stuck mostly to veggies and fruit, and that worked really well. So today has to be a repeat of that, and I need to be more mindful of the foods I eat.
The falling started, actually, two days ago when I allowed a few non core points in and I didn't watch them closely. I didn't emphasize the veggies. Then yesterday, I really fell hard with the nibbling of chocolate that was left in our fridge, and that just sent me over the edge. But I still feel really good, so I'm just going to quickly reign myself in, and hard! I'll update later.[/color]
UPDATE: I went 90 minutes on my treadmill, 60 minutes of which was 3.6 mph, level 6 incline, and 30 minutes of which was 3.7 mph, level 7 incline.
