Plan IF/keto/exercise
Well, I followed part of the plan. Skipped breakfast, went to get my 1st co-vid shot, ate a pkg of Nabisco cheese crackers while there, came home, ate an egg sandwich, went to nephew's wedding, ate a piece of wedding cake, went to Walgreens to get my photo taken to renew my passport, came home, ate salad, spam, asparagus for supper, went for walk with hubby, came home, worked on taxes.
Ate too many calories today -- that wedding cake was so good it made me crave sweet stuff! I Ate two caramels, and a peanut butter sandwich with sugar free strawberry preserves. Tomorrow I have to get back to WOE.
