Surprisingly light on the scale, considering McDonald's twice, cupcakes, donuts, and Mongolian buffet recently. I guess the grad school diet, stress, and an upset stomach helped. Plus portion control. I don't overeat at McD the way I used to and had 2 donuts and 2 cupcakes on 2 different days, instead of everything all on one day in one big binge, then more the next day. So, bad stuff, but limiting that downside. And avoided Christmas cookies again by car hitting some deer, which I didn't eat. Looking forward to weighing in. Me, not the deer.
