Did pretty good considering I haven't been tracking things in the past 2 weeks, and one of those weeks was a trip to see my dad. What I did was do some cooking at his house, so we had healthy meals for lunch and dinner. We only went out to eat for 2 meals -- my first and my last dinners. I chose meat and green stuff. Told them to hold the bun, and they didn't bring bread to the second. We ate breakfasts out, but I chose my omelets and saved half of the meals. I used the leftovers for breakfast on my last day before I traveled again, and I could only eat half of the leftovers. So all in all, I was a good girl while away and tried to get some exerciser in. If I did anything not good for me, it was eating too much salt on things. So I drank more liquid to compensate. I was pleased to come back hone at the same weight as when I left. This week, I am back on track with my tracking (I use Loseit app), and I expect a new weight loss to register any day now.
