Diario de timconard, 21 mar. 14

feeling much better today. apparently a quick & nasty bug and not something worse. it has been going around here, hard. checked in several folks with it every day i worked this week.

didn't feel great, but managed a session on the machine yesterday pm. gotten to the point where not exercising makes me feel all out of sorts. never been at this point before. it feels kinda good.

colder again this morning. i've given up on trying to figure out what the weather is going to be like. even for kansas, this stuff is erratic.
