Well WOW, even though my weigh in day is Monday I decided to weigh myself last night and I lost another 3 pounds! I really am kind of in shock. I am feeling much better and I have more energy I have noticed. I am actually enjoying the fruits and vegetables I have been eating which is also surprising. Today I am going to work out for the first time in probably like a year... Bye till Monday.
