For some reason the phrase "animal based protein" is cracking me up. I think I hang out with too many vegans. 🤣

Animal protein sources, such as meat, fish, poultry, eggs and dairy, are similar to the protein found in your body. These are considered to be complete sources of protein because they contain all of the essential amino acids that your body needs to function effectively. Animal protein contains a good balance all of amino acids that we need where a plant based are low on certain amino acids.

That's all very true, it's just an odd juxtaposition to see it so bluntly advertised like that, when it seems plant-based stuff is all the rage these days. 😂
