I went to my oldest daughter’s for five days. She lives 445 miles away. I stepped on her scale given to her by her insurance/ bariatric Dr. it was a major eye opener!!! Weight was 216.4🤭. I had food she had prepared and was too good. So I’m trying to concentrate on getting more steps. I watched YouTube videos THE REAL TRUTH ABOUT HEALTH. PANEL OF Drs n Nutritionast discussed the research on optimal diets. Quite an eye opener about protein and weight loss. I’m rethinking diet strategies and am going to try to be mostly vegan. It was informative about how the fat, especially in meat causes insulin to not get nutrients into the cells AND has IGF which causes weight gain and retention 😱
