Diario de Tagkido, 08 abr. 21

Another good day of controlling my intake and drinking tons of water! I didn’t do much exercise today but tomorrow will include an early morning run and muscles/weights in the afternoon. Excited to see my weight-in tomorrow- still probably water weight but I love the lower numbers!
