Diario de timconard, 26 mar. 14

days off not starting well.
went out to walk, got about 3/4 of a mile from home and injured my ankle. moderate pain, but no swelling, so probably not a fracture or severe sprain. managed to make it home and finished my 30 minutes of exercise on the rowing machine.
gonna try to stay off it as much as possible until i have to go back to work on monday, so just rowing the rest of the week.
oh, well, too windy today & supposed to be rainy for a few days anyway...

Don't be discouraged! Everything happens for a reason, and this- this is just a challenge. You've got what it takes and you proved it by turning things around and doing something else that doesn't involve your ankle. Good luck and happy healing!
