Stayed in the 170s (179.2). I do not want to see another "18?" on the scales again.

This week we are heading to Ft Worth for my son's steer show. GOING TO BE COLD, COLD, COLD!!!! Was supposed to leave tomorrow but now with ice/snow leaving unexpectedly as soon as we get home and get packed. I have bought snack foods, going to try to do good with my eating. Always hard when at these type things because state fair type foods are never healthy. They do have a subway on the grounds. We are bringing in stuff to make sandwiches, etc.

Hoping to not have a gain Saturday morning when I weigh. Have my walking shoes laid out and my pedometer. I did 10,100 steps Saturday at the show and will easily do that much or more a day this week.
