gooood monday morning everyone!!!...11am an just now gettin online..woke up with sinus problms this morning...was sneezin yesterday but this morning it was worse so got up for breakfast...called brian to tell him i wasnt comin out to help an took a benedril an went bck to bed...feelin better now, but just cant enjoy the sun thats out today, its to bright...no exercise, just have to watch what i eat an go from there...gettin ready to lay bck down just no energy...hope everyone is doing great...mabye tomow i will feel more up to being lively...lol...

slept most of the morning, and when i got up for lunch i used some nose spray thinkin mabye if i got my nose to run, id feel better...well i do feel 100 percent better...so if i feel this good tomow, then hopefully il be up at 4am to journal an go on my morning walk again..lol...thanks for all the well wishes they helped to... :)

Poor dear! Take care of you! (Mucinex is GREAT for breaking that junk up and letting it flo and there are generics out ther now guaifensin)
