I am trying, but it will be a struggle. I have been eating a lot of junk lately and I don't like what my body looks like.

It all depends. Some people like doing it once a week so they won't become obsessed, but a lot of people (including myself) do it once every morning. Because you're at your lightest when you wake up. And don't worry, we all slip and eat junk food. You just have to stay positive and think about what you can do tomorrow. :)

I try to hold to once a week (though I have cheat-weighed a few times). Agree with Aamaddux that you should focus on same time of day. First thing in the morning after urinating - workout (which usually loosens digestive system) - and defecation (if necessary). You're lightest first thing in the a.m. Think of your body as the connection of systems that it is and weight is relative to those systems.

Feels like I lost weight, but I am waiting for the 1 week mark before I weight myself. Crossing my fingers.
