I have reduced my daily calorie intake to 1500 give or take a few. In the morning I feel very light headed. Felt like I was going to faint 3 times now. I am not sure it is related becuase that is not a drastic calorie reduction. just noting it. I may need to eat more in the morning. I will adjust a few things.
