Too much junk food. It’s so exasperating! Every pound lost is such a struggle; it’s discouraging to realize that I’ve frittered away even some of my hard-won progress so mindlessly. “Back on the wagon,” as my dear old dad used to say!

I hear that! I am constantly sabotaging my efforts; feels like I am in a cycle of "starting over" with losing 5 pounds, then gaining it back. It's like I am afraid to continue losing weight :(
