Diario de zebdavison, 08 abr. 14

Ugh. Feeling bloated again today. Not sure what's doing it to me. I suspect the nuts, but it might be the eggs. I hope it's not the protein mix I'm using - that Body Fortress Chocolate stuff is delicious! Doesn't mix the best, but it tastes awesome. Not good enough to put up with this feeling. Close, though. I do not feel good.

Weight is right around my 7- and 28-day averages. I would like for this week to be the week I hit my goal weight, but it won't be. Taxes due, feeling blah, too many distractions to make the commitment to get it done. Plus, I'm making great strides in strength right now. Just have to keep the BF% in check, and continue to build muscle.
