Hey y'all I just want to express my gratitude to this uplifting community. Right now I'm struggling with wanting to eat an entire Little Cesar's pizza for lunch. In my struggle I can open this app up and see all the pictures of what whole and nutritious food looks like and I am inspired to make healthier choices. Thank you FSF for showing love of healthy foods and helping me make better choices for my body. I am worth the effort it takes to eat healthy. And I appreciate you FSF!

If you are ordering a pizza just for yourself just order a personal pan type. Don’t set yourself up for self sabotage. I love pizza and make individual ones out of pita rounds. Perfect size. Use your favorite toppings. Nice crisp crust and no temptation to go off the rail. And, I bet it is a lot better than a fast food pizza place.

Great suggestions. I love making pizza at home on our pizza stone. I didn't pack my lunch today and that always leaves me vulnerable to poor food choices. I opted for a sensible 470 cal. chicken power bowl from taco bell instead of a 2,100 cal pizza from little Cesar's. I try hard not to get fast food but that one single menu item actually has a good macro breakdown and leaves me feeling full and good. That feeling of being on the edge of making a bad food choice just further reminds me that I need to make the daily effort to pack a sensible lunch from home instead of searching in the wild for something healthy.

Yeah, if the kitchen isn't well stocked at home, or I forget to pack a snack or meal, it is a recipe for disaster. You're doing great overall, though, and good job on recognizing the problem and solving it with a better (BandAid) solution.

You are worth it! You are working so hard! Keep it up. And if you're CICO-all things in moderation. Split a small with a friend and have a side salad. Then go for a walk.
