☆Fast was a success. I fasted until about 1:00, ate a banana and some turkey, and ended with a total of a little over 1,000 calories for the day. I skipped exercise in order to make the first "fast" day easier. Also, I was sore from the previous days' exercise. But I did a lot of housework, started some much needed heavy duty cleaning. Feelin' goooood!!!!
