Diario de Lippinanni, 02 may. 21

I have been calorie and carb restricting since 28th of March and in this time I have been working on getting the best nutritional outcome for my calorie “spending”. Trying to achieve around 75g of protein each day and also to have 5 serves of vegetables.
My stars are cauliflower, celery, mushrooms and a green ( spinach, kale, broccoli or Chinese greens ) So how many ways can I prepare them❓ So far: frittata, cauliflower rice risotto, Asian style stir fry, a curry or a salad. I am finding it a challenge to get the fibre intake up around 25g/day. Sundays are my tense days as Monday is my main weight recording day. Lunch today is stir fried pork with vegetables and cashew nuts. Felt like eating cheese on toast today so that meant it was time to cook the old cinnamon pikelets instead. That’s 6 grams of carbs, not 27 like toast‼️
