Despite trying a new totally great class, at the gym, Body Combat, I carbed out a bit yesterday. Got on the scale again, to see what damage I may have done and lost a pound! Yay. Think I'm losing about 1/2 pound per week. Slow and steady wins the race, I hope! Everyone have a great day!

You're doing great and really if the carb monster shows up once in a while it isn't hard to fall victim to that. Just dust yourself off and continue on. You really are working hard and it's working for you.
