Who knew u could be satisfied eating 1 egg (keep saying it till it's real😉). Oh how I love an omelette and with good old processed American cheese. But, this morn, 1 egg, 2 slices of tofu, and 3 mushrooms, 1 cup of oatmeal, a cup of hot green tea with the juice of 1/2 a lemon and 1 Omega 3/Vit D supplemental. Day 3!?
