Getting ready for 3 weeks of eating out every day for work trip. Not worried about calories but about eating plain enough food not to upset my stomach. Crab legs every night? Steak or chicken and potatoes? Ideas?

I'm no good at helping with eating out have not been anywhere for a year and a half but I think now that they have all the calories listed on the menus do they not or there's probably an app for it good luck

Any business class restaurant will be able to offer you a simple plain starch - rice, pasta, etc. - even if its off menu. Restaurants do this all the time for families with picky eater kids. Combine that with protein of choice. Request sauce on side. GTG.

I used to take plain oatmeal packets and my own tea with me for breakfasts and kept my choices simple when ordering on menus. Nothing with sauces on a regular basis or scrape most of it to the side. If you do a protein and veggies as your base most days, you should be fine. Those lunchtime sandwiches they bring in can lose a piece of bread (or both) and be folded in half. Workplace muffins and cookies are poison because they're so big. Good luck! I also used to hit the local grocery store delis vs. restaurant meals. Depends on where you are though.

I used to do work trips but usually no longer than a week. For me it was just too many 3 meals a day with coworkers. LOL Breakfast Lunch and Dinner was way too much food for me. Most conference meals were very heavy. Restaurant meals always too large. What I would do was just skip out some times and order room service. A small bowl of oatmeal and fruit, or hardboiled egg and toast, or simple salad for dinner.

Burger/chicken sandwich, no bun extra veggies - make your own salad! Or grilled chicken wings without fries. Like Katsolo said maybe bring some protein shakes or powder for the in between hours.
