I had a really good weekend, now back to the reality of Monday! YUCK!
I did get some good work out's in atleast, Saturday I started my training for my half marathon so I completed 6 miles, in which I ran atleast 5 of them, if not more. It took me about an hour which is not great but for my first time out of the gate, that is good with me! My legs are still screaming but I will do another one on Saturday and get better each time. I have to work out to 13.1 miles but I have until December! This week I plan to start Insanity, and I can't wait!
Still stuck at 115 but hopefully I can break over that plateau this week! I wasted allot of calories on drinking, pizza and plain out JUNK yesterday so atleast I didn't gain!

You should try the 3 day Shakeology cleanse before you begin Insanity. It's recomended every time before you start a new fitness program, especially P90X Stages. You said you're stuck at 315, it also helps when you reach a plateau. You should look into it, just thought I'd let ya know! Good luck training for the Marathon, that sounds intense!

Amanda I looked at that Shakeology but man is it expensive! $120 for 3 days worth, IDK if I could stomach that. You let me know how it goes for you and then I will see if it is worth it!
