Well today I have been busy. I had a EKG and then an Ultrasound. Afterward I went to Curve's and did my workout but I didn't get my Zumba in because I had to take my mom to a doctor appt. Another day in the vehicle. I only lost 1.1 lbs and I am happy with that but I got to work on getting my calories back down so I can get down more weight. Differently need to work on it.
