Fifth day and going strong! Didn't eat until 3:00. Went shopping with friend and had a great time! Even bought some stuff. Treadmilled for one hour in the evening, 3.5, 3.6, level 5 and 6 incline. Feeling good.

Hi,try checking out sadkhin.com the rules are do not eat before 11am in the morning fruit and veges only for 2 days and then 2 days of 1 liter of whole milk which you can season with vanilla extract. anyway i am trying it and seeing if it does anything this weight watchers ugg i think i will be turning grey before i lose another pound.i have been on it for four months and can't lose.great that your working out! i did 60 minutes fast walking and doing jillians workout tomorrow. oh if i feel faint i can just have a tablespoon of honey. :)
