Diario de loosinisfun, 11 mar. 09

gooooooood morning everyone!!!...well was awake before the alarm clock went off...but layed bck down cause i knew it would be to cold outside this morning for a morning walk...32 with a wind chill of 22...an very windy or sounds like it anyways...so slept in once again...exercise is suffering cause im just so tired...we got his truck back together yesterday, but when he went to test drive it, it would shift into all the gears...so transmission has to come back out once again...i wasnt to happy cause i know how hard it was to get it in an out..so i took yesterday afternoon off and he went ahead an did some stuff around the garage without me...so todays its back to yankin the tranny out once again...he let someone else work the transmission, and hes guessin they turned something wrong inside of his...an just made a mistake...o well...after this job then im taking time off...my exercise and and eating has been off track cause of it all...and i dont want that to stop cause of helpin him...so im takin time off from helpin him to get bck into that habit again...we did have storms last night, but i slept thru it...i heard it start right about the time i went to bed...but figured as tired as i was...if it blew me away i wouldnt kno it...well its six am and i need to eat an then get on the floor an do a workout of some kind...just to let my body kno that the exercise isnt over with ....catch you all when i have more time to be online...

I would have stayed in bed also. It looks like rain here in NC. I am going to straighten my house, make breakfast, excercise and then come and journal on here. I love journaling on this site. Anyway I feel motivated today. GOODLUCK TODAY

I have been so tired lately too, and the funny thing is, it's because I haven't been exercising. It's actually pretty crazy how exercise actually DOES give us more energy. You sleep better, you have more energy, and not getting enough actually makes you tired. Isn't that weird? Going through the same thing right now.

just came home for lunch...no car work today instead cuttin up a tree to make firewood...brian burns wood, so we are cuttin up the tree that a friend of his cut down yesterday and we are cuttin it up into chunks an transporting it to brians to split at a later day...lol..im not havin any problem sleepin, just dont want to get up in the mornings to do my workouts...i think its the time change more then anything else...im sure in a week or 2 il be back on track and enjoyin them morning walks again...

I think it was you who told me once that a couple - even three days - off from exercise will make your body actually CRAVE exercise! Weren't you the one who told me that? Maybe you need to redevelop that craving again! You are a hard wortker - no matter how you look at it!

Hey Mike - come work out with me at the club! It is mostly women .....but we do have a few token males....they seem to love all the attention the women give them! LOL Just thought I would check up on you and see how you are doing.....sleeping through storms....you must have been tired! Have a great weekend Mike!

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORNING! That's odd! The gym I use to tan - occasionally - not often - not often - hosts many more men than women. I guess it is kind of a body building place. Time to get up Mr. Fun! It is 5:30am on Thursday morning! Time's a wastin'!
