My day off. Kind of a lazy start to the day; felt kind of sluggish. Finally got around to my third training day for the 5K. With warmup and running, did 1.75 miles. Then had brunch. Saw this recipe in the air fryer cookbook - just basically an open-faced omelet, so I did it up in a skillet along with a turkey sausage. Tasted great though. I’m good till tonight, with maybe an apple or something in between. Keep on fighting the good fight. Toodles!
