☹Sunday, day 10. Ate too much last night, Saturday. Food calendar does not reflect accurately what I ate. But today I'm starting off strong, feel much better than yesterday. Back still hurts, but I'm not as tired. Just doing housework today. Later I'll exercise.
Update: Not a great day. Hiked with fam. Not feeling great. Side pain. Ate too much in eve.
