Something different for breakfast today…. Egg salad with mayo and I added chopped spinach, green onions and red bell pepper (but no bread.. cause no carbs 😕 I miss bread)

have you tried replacing mayo with avocado? so good!

Hellman’s olive oil mayo is low carb :)

I’m currently on a pre-op diet that drastically reduces carbs but I need the fat intake. Mayo, avocado and olive oil were the top three recommendations. I can’t have things like whole grains, bread, potato, rice and pasta… absolutely no more the 5G sugars per meal… no caffeine, dairy or processed foods. But I do need high proteins.
