TGIF!! My goal is to have a good weekend! Stay under 1000 calories each day, excersise every day and by Monday break this dreaded 115! Once I get over the hump I can continue down. It is going to be tough but I got to get my mind right!

Eek, under 1000 calories each day this weekend? That seems a tad low! 115lbs still sounds pretty good--I wouldn't want to drop weight too fast, for fear of it sneaking up again...but that's just me! I hope you have a great weekend though :D HAPPY FRIDAY!!

That is what I eat during the week as it is, I just need to keep it up during the weekends too! I am short so I got a bit more to loss...if only I could stretch myself!

Jeez, I always thought that eating anything below 1200 calories would put your body into starvation mode, thus making it harder to lose weight. How tall are you? Ooh and also, have you ever tried pilates? I heard somewhere that doing them can "stretch" you out, making you appear taller...I want to know if this is true or not!

I am 5'2 so ideally I'd like to be between 105-110. I use to eat about 1200 but I just don't eat allot, all the protein helps me so this seems to work for me. I am not losing quickly so I must be doing ok. I have done pilates before, I like it but I like a little more hard core better =-) Thanks Amanda! It is going to be almost 70 tomorrow...WOOT...got my six miles to get in so it'll be perfect!
