Diario de crabby Kat, 30 abr. 14

I went to another great Zumba class this morning; George was subbing for Gina, and Denise was there too, so we had two great instructors. I danced to my heart's content, and burned a ton of calories.

My partner took me to lunch at Babica Hen, not far from the gym. George, Denise, and a bunch of Zumba people were there at an outside table. Most cool. It's over 80 degrees out, so we ate inside. I had an amazing black bean burger with pepper jack cheese; I didn't eat the bun. it came with a delish salad; baby greens with red quinoa, hazelnuts, and blackberry balsamic vinaigrette. I had to get creative recording it. ;o)

zumba is my next committee minutes I need to get out of the 200 my walking is good out at it more mileage and speed however I need to really do it do it do it still working on the 5 days a week I get four and lace so this challenge is right on time that I've joined 5 days a week 2 pounds a week alright I need Sheeran and coaching that you have to spare thanks my new buddy in SF your blog and information is great for motivation for me thank you
