Well, I got down to 222, my lowest on this adventure and only 9 pounds from goal[1] ... then up 4 pounds next day ... now back down 4 pounds to 222.
Well, I have been sick for a few days - taking drugs that drive my glucose astrogigantic - but I am not at all discouraged, I know the slope of the graph is headed correctly and the arc of the slope will descend not to, but through, my first goal.
After I reach my Goal 1, I will do to things, approach a 'Maintenance Mode' and try to have it in place when I reach my new Goal 2. Goal 2 is undetermined at the moment, but will likely be at the 200 pound range.
