☆I just want to say to all my FS buddies that I'm sorry I've been MIA as far as commenting on your journals is concerned. I've been a little under the weather and just not up to too much reading and writing. But I'm starting to feel a little better. Today I treadmilled for my old "usual" of 90 minutes. It was actually not hard at all, which really surprised me. The only problem is that I'll have to amend my fasting because I can't do exercise early in the day and fast at the same time. And I just missed the great feeling that exercise gives me. I can't rely on having the energy I need at night to do it, not to mention the time. Anyway, I'm feeling better today. Less back pain, which went completely away when I treadmilled, although I feel it now that I'm off the machine. So far, so good today. The past three days were less successful; so I'm feeling good about starting today off right! I'll update later.
Ended by being a low-cal, exercised filled, successful day. I'm patting myself on the back.
